1st division 1967/68 kits

A lovely set of vinyl/plastic small football figures wearing the kits from around 1967. They look like 'pen toppers' but are solid with no hole for the pen! maybe goodie bag or amusements giveaways?

I have 15 but many of the kits then were identical between different clubs.

Burnely, West Ham and WBA kits seem to be missing.

Palace are there but were not a top flight club then?
