This is a large metal and plastic desktop type game around 50cm long and coin operated. I guess a bar game.

Proper bar top coin-op mechanism. Untested as I don't have any Belgian Francs!
Game play
Knobs at either end turn the large arms that propel the ball around the pitch. Great fun.
